In the framework of the
European Researchers’ Nights 2009, the event “A night in the lab-2”
will take place on September 25 from 10am to 12.00 pm at Indro
Montanelli Park in Milan.
The event is organized by Caterina La Porta (UNIMI).
The Planetarium of Milan
and Associazione Munari
partecipate to the organizazion of the laboratories. The event is under
the high patronage of the Presidenza
della Repubblica and under the patronage of Regione Lombardia and of the
Municipality of Milan (Assessorato Ricerca Innovazione e
Capitale Umano).
The purpose of this initiative is to allow ordinary people to meet
researchers in an informal setting.
A poster contest has been organized and the best two posters will
receive a prize. The president of the committee is Beba Restelli
(Associazione Munari).
The event includes lab activities, discussion on the research
perspecitives in Italy, happy hours and music.
